  • Spring 2024. The Fieldhouse, Mission43, and Challenges Athletes Foundation Idaho (CAF-Idaho) teams have moved in and are planning and training for operations and programming to begin this spring.

If you are a member of Mission43 or CAF-Idaho, be sure to check your emails and their websites for the latest information about upcoming Mission43 and CAF-Idaho activities.

This is a unique campus and facility, so we are giving ourselves time to develop what the programming and usage will look like in the future for the members and athletes from Mission43 and CAF-Idaho.

  • The Fieldhouse is a universally designed training and gathering place for military families and athletes with physical disabilities. It includes event spaces, a commercial kitchen, a functional fitness center, a gymnasium, and an aquatics center that includes a pool, hot and cold plunge pools, and a ninja warrior course. There is also a medical wellness facility and lodging on the 7-acre river-front campus.

  • Volunteers are a huge contributor to the success of the Fieldhouse. In the Spring of 2024, we will open applications to join the Fieldhouse Volunteer Team. We are looking for a cultural fit, hard workers, and expertise in certain aspects of our work (i.e. adaptive climbing). Volunteers will be required to have a background check, a Safesport certification, and to complete the Fieldhouse volunteer course.

We recommend staying informed on when that is happening by subscribing to the Fieldhouse Newsletter.

In the meantime, you can volunteer with Mission43 or Challenged Athletes Foundation. Both organizations have great volunteer opportunities throughout the year.

  • The Idaho Outdoor Fieldhouse is fully funded by the J.A. and Kathryn Albertson Family Foundation and we do not take in donations - but thank you for thinking of us.
