IDAHO OUTDOOR FIELDHOUSE PROGRAMS

As the headquarters, the goal of the Fieldhouse is to support Mission43 and Challenged Athletes Foundation-Idaho programming. Additionally, the Fieldhouse offers programming that is intended to unite the members of both organizations and prepare them to go out and access the incredible outdoor opportunities Idaho has to offer.

FIELDHOUSE PROGRAMS

FORGED TOGETHER

FORGED TOGETHER offers cohort-based training tailored to sports unique to Idaho. Cohorts of athletes will train 5 days a week, for 6 weeks leading up to an outdoor immersion. Participating in these cohorts requires a significant time commitment. To join, you must apply and be selected.

ADAPTIVE FITNESS

ADAPTIVE FITNESS follows the same progressive phases as our FIELDHOUSE FITNESS program, but it's specially tailored for athletes with physical disabilities. These workouts are adapted to meet the needs of each individual, with a smaller group size that allows for a more personalized, hands-on approach.

FIELDHOUSE FITNESS

FIELDHOUSE FITNESS offers inclusive functional fitness workouts which are structured in progressive phases—strength, stamina, endurance, pool training, and more—that directly translate to popular Idaho activities like hunting, hiking, and mountain biking.

FIELDHOUSE YOGA

FIELDHOUSE YOGA is available to all members, offering a dedicated space to enhance mobility, release tension, and stretch out those hard-worked muscles. Fieldhouse Yoga is perfect for if you’re looking to complement your fitness routine or recover after intense workouts.

FORGED CHALLENGE SERIES

FORGED challenges are held quarterly, designed to push the boundaries of those who never stop. These events are both physically and mentally demanding, but they inspire participants to support one another as a community. All Fieldhouse members are encouraged to participate, and those who complete the challenge earn a unique FORGED t-shirt.
