MOUNTAIN BIKE COHORT I

The FORGED Together Pre-Strength Mountain Bike Program is designed to enhance strength, endurance, and technical skills on the trails. This 7-week program will help prepare you for an outdoor immersion experience alongside a group of fellow athletes.

Our next cohort will shift focus to Pre-Strength for Hiking Season in July 2025.

Program Schedule:

Participants will train alongside 15 selected members of Mission43 and Challenged Athletes Foundation.

  • Monday & Wednesday | 6:30 AM – Gym Sessions

  • Tuesday & Thursday | 6:30 AM – Trail Rides

  • Friday | Optional – Swim, Recovery, or Rest Day

JUNE 6TH-8TH | Volunteer Opportunity (CAF-Idaho Mountain Bike Clinic)

JUNE 20TH | Mountain Bike Immersion (Local Trail Ride)

  • Yes, participants must have access to a mountain bike.

  • We ask that if you choose to participate in FORGED TOGETHER Mountain Bike programming that you are able to commit to at least 90% of the in-person training sessions.

  • Cohorts of 15 individuals will be training together during the 6-week period for each FORGED TOGETHER program.
