FORGED TOGETHER
MOUNTAIN BIKE COHORT
FORGED Together: Mountain Bike is designed to help athletes build confidence and capability on the trail. Whether you are new to mountain biking or looking to sharpen your skills, this program provides structured training both in the gym and on the trail.
Athletes will begin with gym-based training focused on building strength and endurance. The cohort will then transition to three weeks of on-trail instruction with experienced mountain bike coaches.
Program Schedule:
Participants will train alongside 12-15 selected members of Mission43 and the Challenged Athletes Foundation.
May 11 - 29: Gym Sessions
Wednesday & Friday | 6:30 AM
Idaho Outdoor Fieldhouse
June 1-June 19: Trail Training
Monday & Wednesday | 5:30 PM
Trail locations may include areas such as Military Reserve, Camel’s Back, Hulls Gulch, and the Corrals Trail System

Yes, participants must have access to a mountain bike.

We ask that if you choose to participate in FORGED TOGETHER Mountain Bike programming that you are able to commit to at least 90% of the in-person training sessions.

Cohorts of 15 individuals will be training together during the 6-week period for each FORGED TOGETHER program.
