2025 at the Idaho Outdoor Fieldhouse

The Idaho Outdoor Fieldhouse was proud to support the members of Mission43 and Challenged Athletes Foundation throughout 2025 through programming, events, training opportunities, and the shared accomplishments that happen when people commit to showing up.

This year, the Fieldhouse continued to grow into what it was built to be: a high-performance home base with a culture that makes people feel known, supported, and challenged in the best way. Progress was visible in the workouts and competitions, but the deeper impact showed up in what happened between those moments. People walked in unsure of where they fit and left feeling connected and part of something bigger.

It’s been incredible to see all of the use here at the Fieldhouse. We’ve incorporated new programming and been able to support CAF and Mission43 in greater ways, whether it’s through new equipment or just physical space itself.
— Julia Fishman, Director of Operations at the Fieldhouse

The story of 2025 was not one big highlight. It was participation and presence. It was daily workouts that became routine, and routines that became confidence. It was athletes training side by side, pushing limits in different ways, and learning that progress is faster and more sustainable when it is shared.

The Fieldhouse is designed to address more than physical performance. It is built around the whole person, with programming and a culture that support emotional strength, behavioral consistency, and physical development, rooted in community. That matters because lasting progress requires more than a training plan. It requires support systems, structure, and a place that makes people want to come back.

It’s important for us to think about the whole person. We’re offering a broader range of programming that may be suitable for a wider range of people. Emotional, behavioral, and physical, and it’s rooted in community.
— Andy Johnson, Director of Idaho Outdoor Fieldhouse

Throughout the year, the Fieldhouse continued expand how it serves members of Mission43 and Challenged Athletes Foundation in meaningful and practical ways. The added equipment and expanded physical space were not upgrades for appearance. They were multipliers. They increased capacity, improved access, and created more opportunities for programming, coaching, events, and everyday training that make members stronger in ways that carry into competition, the outdoors, and life.

Thank you to everyone who trained, competed, volunteered, coached, and showed up in 2025. Thank you to the community members who made a point of learning names, offering high fives, and cheering each other on. You are the reason this place works.

We are grateful to be part of this community and excited for what lies ahead.
